"Your knowledge, your honesty & your hard work..."
So at this time I would like to acknowledge all the hard work, time and effort you have put forth to make "Phil & Tiny's' dream a reality. I myself do know that hard work and persaverance does pay off and in this instance it sure did. I would like to say Thank You too to the former owner of the house for their efforts as well. And don't forget MOM, just her presence alone was enough confidence to know that she will forsee this through as well, great great lady! (Not that we didn't have enough confidence in you it's the caring part of her that did it for us). The attorney, awesome, patient, knowledgabe and I heard he KICKED BUTT at the closing, that's what I like to hear. I myself will make every effort to refer you to anyone I know looking for a house (like my co worker who I will pester when she returns from vacation on Wednesday) as I know you will put your best foot forward to make the transition easy, meaning your knowledge, your honesty and your hard work will take the burden from them. Continue putting your best foot forward for everyone and you too one day will be the great, great man! To us you already are but some people still don't know you. ***We will be giving you the date of the "homecoming dinner" hope you will come, wouldn't be right without you!
Thanks so much Momma Arg/aka Christne A.
You have a story to tell about us. You've worked with us, and we've helped you buy or sell a home. We need your feedback. Others need your feedback, too! Please take a moment to fill out this form and tell us how we did...
Selling Your Home >Your Selling Strategy
Have your housing needs expanded along with your income? Are you are thinking about selling your property and looking for a new home? The transition can be accomplished smoothly by using a systematic approach.
As part of your selling strategy, it is advantageous to have your present house under contract before you begin a serious search for a new home. This will make you attractive to sellers in two ways. You won't have to include a contingency in your offer to cover the sale of your present home. You will strengthen your negotiating position by improving your financial circumstance with an accepted offer. In a situation where there are multiple offers on the new home, the chances of your offer being accepted are better if it isn't dependent on selling another house before you can make a move.
